With a long shrimping history in Gulf County, it is the perfect way to honor the business. Did you know that Wood’s Fisheries has been doing the shrimping business out of Port St. Joe since the 1800s? They have a long tradition of specializing in domestic, wild-caught shrimp, and now they have one of the area’s only aquatic farming facilities.
