Recently renovated, "The Little Pelican" is a spacious, nonsmoking one bedroom town home in the beautiful Barrier Dunes community of Cape San Blas, FL. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances such as stove, microwave, and a full size dishwasher. There is also a new stack washer/dryer just a few steps from the half/bath.
The dining area seats 4 guests and the living room has a queen sized sleeper/sofa. There is also a flat screen TV in the corner cabinet. Open the sliding glass door and step out to your private deck overlooking the pond. This deck also has a table & chairs along with a gas grill.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom and bath, with a King sized bed, double sink vanity, garden tub, shower, and a storage closet. The deck on this upper level will provide you with a glimpse of the Gulf along with excellent views of the setting sun.
The pool and boardwalk stairs to the beach are only a short stroll away! We provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and sand and water toys so no need to pack that.
