Palm Beach House is a 5 bed/5 bath custom beach house with separate carriage guest house sleeping up to 16 (maximum of 10 adults) in the exclusive, gated 1st phase of WindMark Beach. The home has it's own private boardwalk to the beach and is just half a block to one of 2 picturesque waterfront neighborhood pools. Porches abound (there are 4!) and there are water views from every room. The home has been decorated throughout in colorful Lilly Pulitzer/Palm Beach style, featuring famous wallpapers from Dorothy Draper & Company (designers of The Greenbrier, The Grand & The Colony hotels) as well as the White House!
