Alfie's Place has an open floor plan with a fireplace, big screen tv, internet, Wi Fi, washer and dryer upstairs, fish cleaning area and picnic tables. It's perfect for a family and is pet friendly for up to two pets at 65 pounds or under. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, small appliances and dish ware. There is a shower downstairs for washing off the sand and salty water. One bedroom is queen size and the other has two twin beds. There is a futon and queen size soft sleeper in the living room.
You'll love our spacious screened in porch and also a screened in fish cleaning station! Plenty of parking in the front yard for cars and boats!
Alfie's Place has been in the family since it was built. We love our family beach home and as residents of nearby Apalachicola, we are nearby to take good care of our home & our guests.
