MAKE THIS NEW YEAR ONE TO REMEMBER AND “CELEBRATE TWICE”

What

Celebrate 2015 twice? Why not?!?!

Gulf County, Florida is one of only four places across the U.S. that has two time zones within its limits. To celebrate this geographic rarity, we ring in the New Year twice – once in Port St. Joe and once in Mexico Beach.

Keeping safety in mind, complimentary trolley rides will pick up guests at 13 designated stops, driving them to a variety of pubs, bars and restaurants throughout the night. For additional information, visit celebratetwice.com.

New this year: A daytime Scavenger Hunt. Collect complimentary New Year’s Eve party favors from Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach businesses, get your card bunched at each location, turn in your card to either the GCFL’s or Mexico Beach’s Welcome Centers and you’ll be entered to win a free two-night stay for Celebrate Twice 2016!

Lodging is still available and many local companies offer affordable New Year’s Eve packages.

About Gulf County Florida

Located in Northwest Florida, Gulf County boasts 43 miles of natural shoreline. Here, where water surrounds us, we don’t have high-rises or busy highways and never will. We have white-sand beaches facing westward into spectacular sunsets – on the Gulf of Mexico and St. Joseph Bay. We have beckoning bayous, unexpected wildlife encounters and the mysterious Dead Lakes. We’ve got seaside bike trails, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards and snorkeling. We have genuine places, like the historic Indian Pass Raw Bar and flavors like Tupelo Honey.
