GULF COUNTY, FLORIDA HELPS VISITORS AROUND TOWN

Gulf County Tourism Development Council announced this week that it has released the 2018 Visitors Guide.

The publication features 80 pages of articles, colorful photos and useful

information designed to bring this picturesque Florida vacation region to the

attention of a wider national audience.

Gulf County has long been treasured by its residents for its waterways, scenery,

history, and laid-back friendliness, as well as the warm sunshine and cool

coastal breezes. In this guide, the TDC projects to the visitor all of these assets

in hopes to steer them to Gulf County for their vacation whether it is first time or

returning visitors.

More of a coffee-table magazine than a tourist guide, Gulf County avoids

promotional clutter in favor of clean layouts, large color photos and informative

articles. There’s also a great deal of practical information to help visitors plan

their vacations, including many adventure articles to help you get out on one of

the waterways or beaches that surround the destination, a helpful lodging

section, and a guide to some of the county’s restaurants and shopping.

You may request a visitor guide online at www.VisitGulf.com or stop in the

Welcome Center while visiting Gulf County.
