Coffee maker is dual brew so ground coffee or k-cups will work.
Washer and dryer are front load. Washer requires high efficiency detergent only.
Charcoal grill - charcoal not provided
Will have to climb three (3) steps to get into the cottage.
Sound spas (ocean/nature sounds) provided for your sleeping/listening pleasure
Some beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella on site
Guest access
Rental is for the entire cottage. It is located on a corner lot with easy ingress and egress and ample boat and trailer parking in the owners' adjoining lot.
Interaction with guests
We are local and also have Port Cottages so we are available to answer any questions concerning the cottage and our area.

Kennedy's Cottage is only three (3) blocks from our main street, Reid Avenue, which has restaurants, boutiques, spas, salons, and nightlife. We are five (5) blocks from pristine St. Joe Bay, City Boat Ramp, CSB Lighthouse, Lighthouse Beach and Port St. Joe Marina. We are a short 10-30 minute drive to several different beaches and freshwater options. Windmark Beach, Intracoastal Canal, St. Joe Beach, Beacon Hill/Veterans Park, and Mexico Beach are to the West. Cape San Blas, St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, Money Bayou, and Indian Pass are to the East/Southeast. Dead Lakes in Wewahitchka is 30 miles North. All have roadside parking or parking lots and several locations have boardwalk access. Easy access to Port City Trail also. Go exploring...choose a different beach or freshwater option each day!
