The 3rd level has the kitchen, dining, great room and deck access. The 4th story loft has a queen sleeper sofa, TV console, DVD player and a desk (in case you've got to fit some work in during your stay). You will have a very short walk to the beach with an easy boardwalk access point. There is a driveway with covered carport parking and an outside shower.
