Welcome to Gulf County!

We are thrilled that Gulf County Schools will be hosting the FHSAA Competitive Cheerleading Region 1 Meet in 2024.  We hope that you spend a few days in our slice of paradise and enjoy a mini-vacation while rooting for your cheerleaders!  Your host city will be Port St. Joe, where you can find historical sites, great local restaurants, and unique shopping experiences to fill your days.  There is also a wide selection of accommodations in Port St. Joe.  From large beachfront vacation homes to hotels, inns, and cozy Old Florida style cottages, here, you can always find the perfect vacation spot for your group no matter the size.
