Join us for a morning of zen. This event will limited to a certain amount of participants. Participants must also be able to show that they are a visitor and vacationing in Gulf County.

A gentle yet energizing 60 minutes morning yoga flow session, focused on giving you the opportunity to release old stuff and creating space for new ways of being.
Postures are designed to deepen the mind/body connection, opening and stabilizing the body while focusing on the breath.
Suitable for all levels of yogis.
Please bring a towel or blanket and a bottle of water.
