12th Annual Liar’s Challenge at The Mill Mercantile & Social 🗓 Wednesday, February 26, 2026

Get ready for an evening of tall tales and big laughs at the 12th Annual Liar’s Challenge! Held at The Mill Mercantile & Social, this crowd-favorite event invites storytellers of all kinds to step up and spin their wildest yarns—fish tales, tall tales, and total whoppers all welcome. Each participant gets up to 9 minutes to share their most outlandish (and entertaining) story.

Not a storyteller? No problem—pull up a chair (literally, bring your own!) and enjoy the fun as the audience votes and a panel of expert judges determines who’s really the best liar on the coast.

Come early from 4:30–5:15 PM to enjoy a live Ukulele Sing-a-Long with The Ukulele Orchestra of St. Andrews!

Prizes:

• 1st Place – $100 (Sunset Bay Management Group)
• 2nd Place – $75 (Bay Storytellers)
• 3rd Place – $50 (Coastal Community Association)

Entry: An Easter Basket, toy for a child, or cash donation
Proceeds benefit the Gulf County Sheriff’s Easter Basket Drive and other local charities supported by the Coastal Community Association.
