“My wife likes to do crafts so she collects shells and things. I only look for the really nice shells. The lace Murex is the showiest shell I have found so far.”
“Hiking is great because it’s cooler with less bugs – Bayview is my favorite trail in the State Park because it goes along the Bay shore and you will see mullet jump, likely to see deer and there are usually several wading birds along the trail. Bayview is one of the places I walk my dogs. We all love the view of the Bay.”
Mark, nature enthusiast and Manager of the St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, recommends walking the Bayview Nature Trail in the Park to find shells, a great view and wildlife. Your pets will thank you.
