Things to Do: Horseback Riding

Explore the shore with two local companies offering guided trips year-round, from group trips to moonlit beach rides.

A horseback ride along our soft sands is a relaxing way to make memories that will last a lifetime as you lope along with your family. Our experienced horses and guides are safe and slow; they've been at this since 1995!

Couples packages, moonlit rides and trail rides are all available. Reservations are important so it's important to book a trip. Summer is the busiest time and guides offer only a few time slots when it's hot; normally early morning - 8:00 and 9:00, and late evening - 5:00, 6:30 and 7:45. Most rides last about an hour and a half, and large families and groups of up to ten are available. Fall, winter and spring rides are a little more flexible.
