The Port St. Joe Marina is located in the heart of St. Joseph Bay and one of the primary gateways to the open water. The Marina features 109 wet slips and 78 dry storage. Marina patrons will encounter a convenient gift shop and clean, spacious restroom/shower/laundry facilities. The friendly marina staff is always ready to help and our charter captains will take you on an adventure of your dreams. Enjoy yourself at Dockside Seafood & Raw Bar and watch as the charter boats come back from a day of fishing and unveil their catch. Rental boats are available through Seahorse Water Safaris onsite at the Marina, as well as a variety of guided trips like eco-tours, shelling, sunset cruises and snorkeling! Discover starfish, brittle stars, seahorse, sea squirts, adorable puffer fish, octopus and much much more while snorkeling the seagrass beds of St. Joseph Bay.
Captain’s Cove Marina is located just west of Port St. Joe underneath the Highland View Bridge, sitting at the mouth of St. Joseph Bay on the St. Joseph Canal and Intracoastal Waterway. This Marina was designed with convenience and affordability in mind with dry storage, fuel and great rates for transient cruisers. For generations this family-owned business has been fishing our waters and they recognize that a day spent on the Gulf waters rejuvenates the soul; so it is their goal to provide customers with a smooth transition into our unique salty playground.
